Stepping Confidently Toward School
The Little Explorers program at Little Elly introduces children to a broad range of subjects within the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum. We provide a variety of practical and problem-solving activities to foster knowledge, curiosity, and independence, ensuring a happy, active, and challenging early years’ experience.
Preparing Children for Foundation Stage Two and Beyond
Focusing on emotional development, we engage with our babies through speaking, lap games, and finger rhymes to provide the face-to-face contact they need to become confident and self-assured communicators.
Active and Independent Learning
We encourage our babies to explore the world around them and their place within it through a variety of sensory experiences. At Little Elly, we ensure all materials and equipment in our baby rooms are safe and natural, supporting common methods of exploration like mouthing objects.
A Happy, Active, Fun, and Secure Environment
We believe a child’s early years’ experience should not only be happy, active, fun, and secure, but also challenging and productive. Our goal is to create an optimal environment that allows children to progress in their own time and at their own pace.
